At Burnt Elm Public School in Brampton, students in grades 1 and 2 learned about elements of design as they created a colourful mural for their school hallways. They used rollers, brushes and stampers to create colourful shapes, lines and textures. One hundred and fourteen students participated in this project, each creating their own tree to add to the “Burnt Elm Forest”.

We used rollers, brushes, stampers and harmonious colours.

It was fun!
