| In April, 2004, at Larkspur Public School students in grades 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 participated in a mural painting project. Students were involved from the beginning of the project when concepts and subject matter were considered. The jungle - savanna theme springs from the school mascot, a lion, chosen for its strength and courage. Students participated through to the end of the project when finishing touches were added. |
